Member of the High Tech division implementing large-scale CRM implementations for global technology companies, such as Cisco, AT&T, and Bell Canada. Managed team of analyst responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and implementing customer relationship management applications to improve customer service and reduce cost associated with service provisioning.

AIG - 1998 - 2000
Member of the development team maintaining the Cash Disbursement System. The team was responsible for maintaining the application and developing automated feeds to the general ledger and external financial institutions.
